Traditions-Managemen is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily care in a senior housing setting. You will assist with ADLs, meals, mobility, and personal care while upholding residents' rights and dignity.

The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and respectful communication with residents, families, and colleagues. CNA certification and completion of a state-approved program are preferred, with hospital or elder-care experience a bonus.

Qualifications

• CNA certification current where required by state.
• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant/CNA program.
