Job summary

Traditions Of Medina is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide direct care per individualized plans and assist with activities of daily living for residents in a warm, homelike setting.

You will monitor residents’ well-being, support meals, and maintain safety and infection control standards while collaborating with a caring team to promote independence and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
• Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.

Responsibilities

• · Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy procedures.
• · Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Resident Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
