Greenville Care Center in Greenville, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct nursing care and support daily living activities for residents. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to care plans.

The successful candidate will monitor resident conditions, report changes promptly, and participate in staff training while maintaining a clean, safe facility environment. The position is full-time and on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant license and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with residents, families, and care teams.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for nursing facilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility personnel on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development activities and orientation programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
