You will provide essential direct care, assisting residents with daily activities and mobility while collaborating with nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current STNA certification in Ohio.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Support mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Assist with personal hygiene and toileting needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
