Greenville Care Center is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct care to residents and support the nursing team. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety standards, and participate in staff development programs.

The role involves supervising other facility personnel, following established policies, and ensuring quality care in a respectful, empowering work environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant license in this state.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability as needed.
• Ability to make independent decisions when required.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and applicable laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility staff on policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff development, in-service training, and orientation.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; follow safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
