Apploi is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a team-driven environment in Dublin, OH. The role emphasizes bedside care, daily living support, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, participating in training, and maintaining care plans while ensuring quality outcomes for residents and compliance with facility policies.

Formación

• Must possess a current, unencumbered State Tested Nursing Assistant license in the state
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be a supportive team member and contribute to team work
• Must be able to make independent decisions when warranted
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and facility guidelines
• Demonstrates leadership and supervisory ability and works harmoniously with staff

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing team
• Supervise and educate STNAs and facility personnel on policies and procedures
• Participate in staff development, training, and orientation
• Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to safety and sanitation protocols
• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies
• Review care plans and report changes to supervisors
