Job summary

Kettering Home Care in Ohio is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care, supporting patients to stay safe, comfortable, and independent. You will work with a caring clinical team Monday–Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM, building lasting relationships with patients and families while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training completed.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses.
• Communicate with patients, families, and clinical team; complete required documentation.
