Job summary

Mercy Medical Center Home Health is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will assist with bathing, grooming and daily activities, while ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment and building strong relationships with patients and families.

Minimum 1+ year caregiving experience with STNA/CNA or 75-hour training, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate, mileage reimbursement and comprehensive

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training completed.
• 1+ year caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Observe changes in patient condition and report to nurses.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with families.
