Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a nurse aide in a hospital, nursing home, home care agency, or a private setting under the direct supervision of a RN.
• Completion of skills competency test with 80% or higher score.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nurse or supervisor.
