Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one in-home care, support daily living activities, and help patients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, document care activities, and communicate changes to nurses and families. PRN schedule and mileage reimbursement are offered, along with benefits such as insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
• 1+ year caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
• Complete required documentation
