Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network, LLC is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The role focuses on keeping patients safe, comfortable, and independent, while collaborating with a clinical team.

Requirements include STNA/CNA or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training and at least 1 year of caregiving, plus a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. We offer mileage reimbursement, insurance, PTO/401(k), and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
