Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Home Health Aide for the Kettering Home Care team in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, assist with daily activities, and help maintain safety and comfort while collaborating with a supportive clinical team to improve lives daily.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, guaranteed base hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training completed.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families.
• Complete required documentation.
