Job summary

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, Ohio, is seeking compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You'll join a dedicated team focused on providing excellent overnight care and supporting residents with daily needs.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, safety-focused mobility, vital sign checks, and accurate care documentation. We offer competitive pay, night-differential, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k), and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in good standing.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents overnight.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding) as needed.
• Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.
• Monitor residents for changes and report concerns to the nursing team.
• Record vital signs and document care provided.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide reassurance and promote dignified care during overnight hours.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents throughout the night.

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding as needed.

• Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents with mobility.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

• Record vital signs and document care provided.

• Provide reassurance and promote restful, dignified care during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
