Job summary

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shift. Join a team that values dependable, compassionate care and supports residents to maintain dignity and independence.

As an STNA, you’ll help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and daily activities, respond to call lights, and assist the nursing team by documenting observations.

What You'll Do

As an STNA, you'll provide hands-on care and support to our residents, including:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily needs
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Answering call lights and responding to resident needs
• Taking and recording vital signs as assigned
• Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
• Providing the kindness, patience, and personal attention our residents deserve
