Job summary

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, OH is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) for the 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM day shift. You will provide hands-on care to residents, supporting daily activities and collaborating with a caring nursing team.

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, and possess Ohio STNA certification. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required; we value teamwork and a resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Taking and recording vital signs as assigned.
• Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team.
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Providing the kindness, patience, and personal attention our residents deserve.
