Job summary

STNA - Weekend Warrior | 7 AM - 7 PM

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center | Troy, OH

Make your weekends count! Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for dependable and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team as Weekend Warriors on our 7 AM - 7 PM shift.

What You'll Do

As an STNA, you'll play an important role in providing hands-on care and helping our residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care
• Taking and recording vital signs as directed
• Assisting with meals and hydration
• Responding promptly to resident needs
• Communicating changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Working closely with nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

Schedule

Weekend Warrior - 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

This position is designed for team members who are available to consistently work weekends and want to make the most of their schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Dependable and committed to scheduled weekend shifts
• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
