Job summary

Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Troy, OH is seeking a dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our weekend team on 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts. You’ll provide hands-on resident care and support a friendly, respectful living environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Work closely with nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents.

Make your weekends count! Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for dependable and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team as Weekend Warriors on our 7 AM – 7 PM shift.

What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll play an important role in providing hands‑on care and helping our residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care

• Taking and recording vital signs as directed

• Assisting with meals and hydration

• Responding promptly to resident needs

• Communicating changes in resident condition to the nursing team

• Working closely with nurses and fellow STNAs to provide excellent care

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment for residents

Schedule

Weekend Warrior – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

This position is designed for team members who are available to consistently work weekends and want to make the most of their schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification

• Dependable and committed to scheduled weekend shifts

• Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
