Job summary

Seaway Printing is seeking a 2nd shift machine operator in De Pere, Wisconsin. The role focuses on machine setup, troubleshooting, and running assigned equipment with an emphasis on productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.

Work hours are 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday, from 2 pm to 10 pm. The position supports a team-oriented environment with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or bindery environment preferred
• 3+ months related experience or training or equivalent education
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product
• Record production data with accuracy
• Keen attention to detail
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance
• Identify operational improvements as needed
• Run equipment at optimal level to meet daily production goals (OEE/OTD)
• Maintain work area and tools
• Adhere to quality, standard of work, and safety standards
