Job summary

Seaway Printing in De Pere, Wisconsin seeks a machine operator for 3rd shift. You will set up, troubleshoot, and run an assigned machine, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment.
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product.
• Record production data with accuracy.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance.
• Identify operational improvements as needed.
• Runs equipment at optimal level to meet daily production goals (OEE and OTD).
• Maintains work area and tools.
• Adheres to safety standards and standard of work.
