Job summary

Seaway Printing in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Machine Set-Up Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). You will set up, run, troubleshoot and monitor a single production line, with focus on productivity, quality and safety.

The role emphasizes clarity, housekeeping and adherence to standard work while contributing to a fast-growing, technology-driven printing facility that offers training and competitive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or bindery experience preferred but not required.
• 3+ months related experience or training; or an equivalent education.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment on a production cell.
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product.
• Record production data with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance as needed.
