Job summary

Seaway Printing Company Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to set up, troubleshoot, and run an assigned machine. You will contribute to productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping while supporting a climate-controlled, modern workspace.

The role offers shift differential for 2nd shift, comprehensive benefits after eligibility, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. Previous manufacturing or bindery experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred or prior bindery experience preferred, but not required.
• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment.
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product.
• Record production data with accuracy.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance.
• Identify operational improvements as needed.
• Runs equipment at optimal level at all times to meet daily production goals (OEE and OTD).
• Maintains work area and tools.
• Adheres to work quality standards, standard of work, and safety standards.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
