Job summary

Seaway Printing, based in De Pere, Wisconsin, seeks an equipment operator for 1st shift to set up and run assigned machinery. The role emphasizes productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping in a climate-controlled production environment.

Key duties include setup, quality checks, data recording, and minor maintenance. Requires ≥3 months of related experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 pm–10 pm shift with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred or prior bindery experience preferred, but not required.
• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment.
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product.
• Record production data with accuracy.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance.
• Identify operational improvements as needed.
• Runs equipment at optimal level to meet daily production goals (OEE and OTD).
• Maintains work area and tools.
• Adheres to work quality standards, standard of work, and safety standards.
