Job summary

Seaway Printing, based in De Pere, Wisconsin, seeks a machine operator for the 2nd shift to set up, troubleshoot, and run assigned equipment. Emphasis on productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping in a fast-paced bindery environment.

The role calls for basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to record accurate production data while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred or prior bindery experience preferred
• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product
• Record production data with accuracy
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance
• Identify operational improvements as needed
• Runs equipment at optimal level to meet daily production goals
• Maintain work area and tools
• Adhere to safety standards and company quality policies
• Demonstrate Seaway’s core values in daily work
