Seaway Printing Company Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a machine operator for the 3rd shift to set up, troubleshoot, and run an assigned printing machine. You will emphasize productivity, quality, safety, and good housekeeping to meet daily production goals.

The role requires basic troubleshooting, accurate data recording, and adherence to standard work and safety rules. Shift differential of $3.00 per hour applies for 3rd shift; eligibility for benefits begins after 60 days.

Competenze

• 3+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Mansioni

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product
• Record production data with accuracy
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance
• Identify operational improvements as needed
• Runs equipment at optimal level at all times to meet daily production goals (OEE and OTD)
• Maintains work area and tools
• Adheres to work quality standards, standard of work, and safety standards
