Job summary

Anthropologie’s Stills Studio seeks a Creative Coordinator to support daily operations, ensuring samples, sets, props, and equipment are ready for production. You will work closely with the Studio Manager, Production, Styling, Photography, and Sample Coordination teams to stay on schedule and meet tight timelines.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship-building across Production, Styling, Photography, and Sample Coordination.
• Experience with camera, lighting, grip, and set rigging equipment to support shoots.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Stills Studio operations and keep shoots on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain samples, props, equipment, and sets for photography and styling needs.
• Assist photographers with lighting, grip, and set builds across lifestyle and product shoots.
• Refresh backdrops and sets and minimize downtime between shoots.
• Keep turnover areas organized and ensure priority products are accessible.
