Job summary

Havenly Brands is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to keep shoots, studio operations and creative projects running smoothly. You’ll assist with prep, inventory, and coordination across campaigns, events and retail activations.

You’ll work across Havenly’s brand portfolio—Havenly, Interior Define, The Citizenry, Burrow, The Inside, and St. Frank—collaborating with creative, marketing, merchandising, product and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a production, studio, marketing or creative operations role.
• Experience supporting photo/video production, including coordinating logistics, documentation, vendors, talent, products.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing details.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines and competing priorities across projects.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and project-management tools (Asana or Airtable) in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including calls sheets, schedules, permits, contracts and other materials.
• Support on-set operations for photo and video productions, coordinating talent, crew, products, props, wardrobe and equipment.
• Manage incoming/outgoing product samples, props and assets, ensuring shoot-readiness.
• Keep the creative studio organized and running efficiently.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists and vendors to align production needs and timing.
