Job summary

Still Waters Lakefront Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a Cook Lead to oversee daily operations of our food truck and lead a small kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced resort setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-Time / Seasonal (Flexible based on availability)

Located at Still Waters Lakefront Resort - Over 230 rooms from 1 to 3 Bedroom Units

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cook Lead to oversee daily operations for our food truck. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily food truck operations, including food prep, cooking, and service
• Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Ensure consistency in food presentation and taste
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally
