Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead a team of Steward Colleagues. You will oversee banquet back up, supply china, silverware, glassware and other food/beverage vessels, and ensure cleanliness of kitchen and F&B areas.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Prior experience in a Culinary operation or stewarding position
• Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Steward Colleagues in banquet back up, supplying china, silverware, glassware and other vessels.
• Assist with stocking and pushing hot boxes and dishwashing from all kitchen areas.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of Kitchen and Food & Beverage areas of the hotel.
