Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of china, glass, and silver in our kitchen operations. You will manage dishwashing workflows, train stewards, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires high school education with preferred supervisory experience; you will operate dishwashing equipment and the silver burnisher while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate dishwashing machine and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and sanitizing of china, glass, and silver.
• Organize work assignments, and assist with training and performance evaluations.
• Supervise storage and handling of dishware and utensils.
• Operate silver burnisher and ensure proper polishing of pieces.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and protective equipment.
• Adhere to company safety policies and standards.
