Grand Hyatt Denver is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to support the F&B division, primarily in Stewarding. The role leads staff through coaching, direction, training and scheduling while ensuring sanitation and efficient service across food production areas.

The position requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with a pay rate of $23.80 per hour. Hyatt values empathy, wellbeing, respect, integrity, experimentation and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Assist across F&B, primarily in the Stewarding Department.
• Develop and assume basic management responsibilities; coach, direct, train and schedule colleagues.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all food production/service areas; assist with culinary plate up and banquet service.
• Deliver food to hotel banquet spaces and manage china inventory.
