Job summary

Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the steward team across shifts at our Texas Hill Country resort. Open availability required, mornings and evenings, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.

You will supervise utility stewards and dishwashers, ensure sanitation, manage inventory and equipment for restaurant and banquet operations, and support team development while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in key holder or lead roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily back of house operations and oversee utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house spaces.
• Support inventory, equipment needs, and timely delivery for functions.
• Coach, develop, evaluate, and recognize team members.
