Estancia La Jolla, a Noble House Hotel, is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to assist the Stewarding Manager in directing the stewarding operation and maintaining sanitation in kitchens, bars, and service areas. Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years of related experience required.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a similar role desired.
• Ability to lead others and mentor staff to meet guest expectations.
• Knowledge and practical experience with basic cooking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations across outlets and ensuring cleanliness.
• Train and supervise stewards; enforce company standards.
• Develop and manage shift schedules and staffing based on forecast.
• Maintain health code compliance with local, state, and federal rules.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage equipment and supply flow.
