Job summary

Camelback Resort is seeking a Steward Supervisor to lead the stewarding team and uphold high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. You will supervise dishwashing operations, coach staff on safety and chemical handling, and ensure proper scheduling to cover all shifts.

Qualifications

Supervise stewarding team and maintain hygiene standards.
Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Coach and train staff on proper cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee dishwashing staff and ensure all kitchenware are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
Coordinate scheduling to cover all stewarding areas.
Collaborate with chefs and service staff to ensure smooth flow of clean equipment during service.
Assist with hands-on dishwashing during peak times or staff shortages.
Enforce safety procedures and proper use of chemicals.
