Responsibilities

• Stock and deliver clean dishware and supplies to outlets and banquets.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain garbage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and chemical handling standards.
• Maintain organization of storage and dish areas.
• Support deep cleaning and special projects.
• Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the culinary team as directed.
