Job summary

Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, AZ, is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our kitchen team. This role focuses on transporting and cleaning utensils, ensuring cooks and servers have clean equipment to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

You will also help maintain cleanliness of kitchen and F&B areas, comply with safety standards, and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment in line with Sanctuary commitments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish machine, keeping it clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Sort and wash dishes, glassware, pots and pans by hand or using dishwashers.
• Operate burnishing machine to ensure proper finish on silverware.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans to support the cooks.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards and sanitize surfaces.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards and refrigerators and keep orderly.
