Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort is seeking a Director of Stewarding to lead all stewarding operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. You will supervise stewarding staff, ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations, and partner with Culinary, Banquets, and Engineering to support guest experiences.

The role requires 5–7 years in stewarding or large-scale F&B leadership, with a focus on staff development, inventory control, and budget management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Hospitality Management degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive stewarding or F&B leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee stewarding operations across all back‑of‑house areas.
• Ensure sanitation and safety programs meet HACCP, health codes, and brand standards.
• Lead staffing, training, and development; manage budgeting and equipment inventories.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Banquets, and Engineering to support seamless operations.
