Job summary

Port Royal Club in Naples, FL seeks a Stewarding Operations Supervisor to lead the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of china, glass, silver, and kitchen areas in line with quality standards and safety.

You will organize assignments, assist with training and performance reviews, coordinate banquet setups, and ensure a safe, efficient back-of-house environment while supporting the club's luxury service standard.

Qualifications

• Coordinating and delegating tasks in a fast-paced kitchen/back-of-house.
• Experience in banquets and back-of-house operations.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong safety awareness.
• Available to work extended hours, weekends and holidays.
• Food and beverage knowledge and safety training.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexible schedule with long hours.
• Capable of walking and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the cleaning and sanitizing of china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine; load and unload dishware and flatware.
• Organize work assignments; provide input on training, performance evaluations, and discipline for stewards.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils with proper solutions.
• Review Banquet event orders; delegate Banquet Setups; review daily change logs.
• Review daily pull sheets; assist in Banquet setups & Commissary.
• Safely set up, clean, polish, and transport silver following a regular schedule; flag damaged pieces for repair.
• Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and with proper protective clothing.
• Adhere to Port Royal Club work rules and standards; work harmoniously with staff.
