Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager – Stewarding to oversee back-of-house cleaning operations and deliver excellent guest service. You will supervise staff, schedule work, coach team members, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or janitorial services; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2–3 years of supervisory housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred.
• Associate’s Degree preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati and builds guest relations.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns projects to meet cleaning and service standards.
• Coaches, counsels, motivates staff and participates in hiring and training.
• Conducts area inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Resolves guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepares daily reports and communicates across departments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
