Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding staff and dishwashing operations.
• Coordinate with department heads for cleaning projects and health compliance.
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Direct the cleaning of all areas including walls and floors.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality in food and beverage operations.
