Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Steward Supervisor to oversee all stewarding staff, coordinate with department heads for special cleaning projects, and ensure readiness for Health Department visits and venue audits. The position involves inventory control of glass, silver, and serving ware, banquet setup/breakdown, and daily cleaning of major kitchen and service areas.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding staff and operations.
• Ensure cleaning and storage of all wares and major culinary equipment.
• Direct banquet setup and breakdowns; manage cleaning of kitchen and prep areas.
• Inspect kitchens and equipment for cleanliness and order; maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate with department heads for special cleaning projects and audits.
• Able to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
