Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a dependable Steward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Responsibilities include washing dishes, operating dishwashing equipment, stocking stations, and supporting food preparation during peak periods.

This on-site role offers full-time opportunities with competitive wages and benefits including health coverage and paid time off. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior stewarding experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HighSchool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trash cans.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
