Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to support the kitchen by washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking supplies. The role involves operating dishwashing equipment, organizing storage, and assisting during peak periods to ensure smooth operation of the dining areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience required or equivalent training.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean items in storage areas and maintain clean work spaces.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and storage areas.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trash cans.
• Sort and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Assist with basic food prep during peak periods.
• Support guest satisfaction goals and maintain safety standards.
