HHM Hotels is seeking an eager Steward / Dishwasher to handle dishwashing and routine kitchen cleaning. You will support operations by washing and sanitizing dishware, maintaining clean workspaces, and stocking items for service.

Qualifications

• Previous stewarding or kitchen cleaning experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and clean trash cans.
• Sort and remove trash to designated pickup areas.
• Perform food preparation during staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Support guest satisfaction goals by maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.
