Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Steward IGLCR to support all Food & Beverage venues and assist the Executive Chef and Steward. The role emphasizes AAA 4-Diamond service, safety, cleanliness, and professional guest interactions in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will learn basics of soaps, chemicals, sanitation, and ware-washing, while upholding department policies and HACCP guidelines. A strong team player with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Experience in kitchen/back-of-house operations is preferred.
• Adherence to all safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide AAA 4-Diamond service while supporting all Food & Beverage venues.
• Assist Executive Chef and Executive Steward with daily duties and initiatives.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and safe, sanitary work environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Support team members and communicate with managers on department activities.
