Job summary

Gun Lake Casino Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Steward I to support Executive Chef and Executive Steward. You will maintain a clean, safe, and attractive kitchen environment while delivering Surpassed Service in line with AAA 4-Diamond standards.

The role emphasizes HACCP adherence, professional conduct, and collaboration with Team Members. Responsibilities include maintaining dishwashing operations, stocking Team Dining Room, and adhering to department policies.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team members, and Management.
Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
Hands-on in kitchen environment pertaining to high-volume productions.
Adherence to all policies and HACCP/safety standards.
Attention to detail to maintain unit appearance and standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with department policies.
Empty trash cans for all kitchens.
Clean and stock the Team Dining Room.
Display professional and courteous attitude with Unsurpassed Service.
Attend daily Team Member Huddles and review communication boards.
Follow emergency procedures and ensure proper uniform grooming.
