Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Operates dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Segregates and removes trash; hoses out garbage cans.
• Washes dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Transfers supplies between storage and work areas with safe lifting.
• Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
• Helps load/unload and deliver supplies and product.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Follows all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
