Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a Regular Full-Time Steward (Dishwasher) to join our kitchen team. You will maintain cleanliness of dishware and equipment, assist with kitchen setup, and support banquet operations while upholding luxury service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a service environment, can stand for long periods, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and employee benefits are offered in a premier luxury resort setting.

What are we looking for?

What would you bring to the table?

2+ years of service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Ability to stand and walk around for the entire shift
Ability to lift up to 40lbs .
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What would your job responsibilities be?

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, equipment, and work areas in compliance with Four Seasons standards
Assist with equipment setup in the kitchen and staff cantina and ensure proper cleaning and organization
Support banquet operations by assisting with food expediting in alignment with established production and quality standards
Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all kitchen floor areas are clean, properly marked with safety signage, and free from hazards
