Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Regular Full-Time Banquet Captain to lead banquet service and deliver luxury guest experiences. You will coordinate events, supervise staff, and ensure flawless execution of weddings, conferences, and private functions.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years supervisory banquet experience, are able to work evenings and weekends, hold New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and can stand, lift up to 30 lbs, maintaining high

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear, open communication with in-house group contacts to support seamless events.
• Remain attentive and actively engaged with all operational departments, including Catering, Conference Services, and Kitchen teams.
• Act as a confident, solutions-focused problem solver, delivering high-level hospitality and accommodating special requests.

What would you bring to the table?

• 2+ years of supervisory banquet service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
