Job summary

Four Seasons Resort RanchoEncantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking In-Room Dining (IRD) Server to join our luxury team. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a pristine IRD area with attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in food & beverage, NM certifications, and the ability to lift 30 lbs, walk stairs, and drive a golf cart while flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays. Join us for a guest‑centric, compassionate work culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of service industry experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs.
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• Flexible schedule—evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, take orders and requests, and prepare trays with attention to detail.
• Act as a confident problem solver in guest and team interactions, delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodating special requests, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the MICROS system.
• Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner, using your genuine and authentic personality to create a memorable in-room dining experience.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the IRD area, including inventory management.
• Adapt quickly to change and multitask effectively, assisting the IRD team and supporting other F&B outlets as needed.
