Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a Regular/Part-Time Guest Experience Specialist to deliver luxury hospitality with a personal touch. Use authentic local knowledge to exceed guest expectations and ensure seamless service across guest interactions, tours, and reservations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment; Les Clefs d’Or USA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico is required or highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and applications including KEY, Opera, Book 4 Time, Outlook and basic data entry.
• Flexible schedule; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Answer guest inquiries appropriately with informationand knowledgeof the resort,Santa Fe,and surrounding areas

• Attend to details that elevate every tour and interaction, collaborating as needed with other departmentsand accurately posting charges to guest folios

• Book tours in Key and manage all confirmationdetails, communicating clearly and warmly via phone, chat, and email
